Refund Policy

At Rusan Healthcare, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Products eligible for return must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of receipt
  • Product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • Product must not be damaged or tampered with
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Note: Due to health and safety regulations, certain pharmaceutical products and medical devices may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer service team for specific guidance.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return and refund:

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
  • Bank transfers will be returned to the originating account

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the damage/defect may be requested.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

6. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
